Shipping policy

Once you make a purchase, you'll get an email receipt right away. Shortly after, you'll receive another email with your shipment details and tracking number. If you're buying items from us, please be aware that customs fees might apply depending on where you're located.

Since Daily Cloud is based in Ireland, there are no customs charges for deliveries within the EU or Northern Ireland. For other regions, kindly check with your local authorities for any possible costs.

Delivery times can be a bit different, especially during busy seasons. We ship Monday through Friday. Here’s a general idea of delivery times after your order is processed:

- Ireland: Usually 24-48 hours within the country.

- Europe: Typically around 5-7 days, depending on the country.

- Rest of the World: Usually between 7-11 days, depending on the destination.
